Purchase Agreements Directory

The Purchase Agreements Directory (PAD™) is a simple yet powerful software application that every Buyer should have on their desktop, providing them with everything they need to manage their overheads.

The PAD lists all of the purchase agreements that have been negotiated and includes every price list. These are automatically kept up to date as the PAD regularly communicates with the central server.

The PAD provides a whole lot more than just a list of agreements.

The home page displays all of the identified savings opportunities classified by colour: green for ‘Completed’, orange for ‘Progressing’ and Red for those tied into a current contract. A second table counts down the number of days until these contracts expire and advises when a termination notice must be sent.

In addition the PAD provides live prices for Diesel and Petrol, advice on when to re-negotiate energy contracts, cost-saving tips and a daily blog from our buying team to keep you informed.
