Contract Management
As our core competence is the building of relationships with market-leading suppliers of overheads;
appointing only those with the best mix of quality, service and price; we utilise their strengths to
provide our members with a quality service at a significant cost saving.
Whilst our nominated suppliers will contract directly we will maintain the management overview and
manage each supplier contract on behalf of our members to ensure requirements are delivered
to a satisfactory level.
Our philosophy is very hands-on as the maximum return is only available from rolling-up sleeves
and getting stuck in.
Transaction Management Service
All transactions are managed from order through to payment with the member receiving
a single consolidated monthly invoice for many of their overheads. This service is often
used for typical Facilities Management categories such as cleaning, security, vending
etc. it can be extended to any overhead purchase.
This drastically reduces admin costs; extends payment terms and frees up internal
resource to focus on the things that really matter.
